Bound and Tagged
Some people have tagged me, someone sent a meme...But, my mom has TAMED me. She has threatened to marry me off if I do not reduce the time I spend online. The same punishment would be carried out if I miss the deadline for submission of forms for my Masters degree. I do not like this new weapon she has discovered and what I hate more is the fact that it works on me. Hence, I shall try my best to cut down on blogging and sit and study like the nice child I ain't. Wish me luck!
Will be back next time with the tag and meme replies...
Till then, please read this absolutely amazing entry:

You aren’t a CHILD in the first place, so you can’t be a nice child anyways :-p. You are a sensible intelligent young woman who has her priorities right. Education is far more important than blogging any day and your absence from the E-world isn’t gonna ruffle too many feathers either. Study well, wish you all the very best for your Master’s entrance exam.

I was merely hinting at how the dame must also give all the real life knights in shining armors perched atop their Arabian horses...oops I meant gentlemen in Allen Solly waiting patiently on their Pulsars, a chance to serenade you all the way to garden of Eden...oops.. I meant, take you to movies and restaurants and not make ‘em all feel overlooked, unasked and dejected like what you are doing now. The real world needs more of you, CHILD :-p. ( Thanks for making me feel aged and judicious in one terse sentence.)
Don't try, just study!!

Would you believe that threat also works on guys? My Mom used it on my bro... now he is getting married finally... so in a few years it'll be my turn (sob) That's it, I'm flying off to the US!
By Prashanth, at May 30, 2005 6:06 PM
hmm, my mom hasn't thought of that yet, thank God!
All the best :)

My mom also entreats me... but the ultimate weapon is in my hands... "It is me who is to get married, so you can go on a bride-hunt as much as you want, but nothing happens until I say so". :)
